Naturopathy

Naturopathy consider that the human body owes its existence to Nature’s five elements – Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Ether a composite illustration of all forces of Nature.

The element Earth stands for the solid structure like bones. Water is a representative of the fluids like blood, lymph, etc. Air represents the breath of life, Fire symbolizes the vitality and Ether or Space personifies the reflection of the human sprit – Soul – the unseen aspect of the human entity.

In positive health, each of these elements is in equilibrium and well balanced. Any interruption in this equilibrium due to any cause leads to a disease. Naturopathy aligns us with the self-preservative Will of Nature to protect and heal itself from within, by weeding out the undesirable, with a strong sense of will power.

Naturopathy believes “All healing powers are with in our body”. It, therefore, advocated aiding the human system to remove the cause of the disease i.e. toxins, by expelling discarded matter from the body for curing the disease. We fall ill only when we go against nature.
