NATURAL THERAPIES LIKE
HYDROTHERAPY:
In hydrotherapy water application is mode to produce thermic and circulatory reactions in the body. Water applications are made in cold, Neutral and hot temperatures. Cold hydriatic applications are tonic by reaction and used in eliminative and constructive phases. Neutral baths are soothing and relaxing both to the body and mind. Hot applications though atonic by reaction are helpful in mitigating aches, pains and relieve internal congestions. All these treatments are helpful in activating and regulating the functions of all systems of the body. Hydro massage therapy is excellent especially with stress management techniques. The water arrangements by means of which heat and cold are brought to bear are packing, hot or cold, general or local, sweating or cooling hot air or steam baths general baths, hot water or cold sitz, spinal, head or foot baths; bandages , wet or dry; also fomentations and poultices, hot and cold, rubbings and water potations.

Mud therapy
Basically a cold therapeutical application to produce the reaction which promotes the circulatory and thermic processes of the body by which the circulation is directed towards the affected parts of the body, producing this reaction on regular basis will help in construction of the cell and helps in the elimination of cellular toxins. In certain cases like arthritis, hot mud applications are also implemented.

Hot mud applications are useful in relieving congestion, reducing pain and hence are excellent remedial measures in arthritic patients. Hot mud application are also used in passive inflammatory conditions such as muscular pains ,fibromyalgia etc.In asthma patients hot mud applications upon back relieves the lung congestion and helps in reducing paroxysmal attacks in asthmatics. A mud bath is a type of therapy, in which a person is applied with mud all over the body as therapeutic modality.

Massage&Mechano therapies
Massage and mechano therapies will help in regulating the flow of blood and lymphatic circulations in the body and hence useful as indirect exercise procedure .A good massage produces hyperemia and this in inturn activities the sebaceous and perspiratory ducts to relieve the toxins through the skin.Massage tones up the muscles and relaxes the nerve endings.Massage is a perfect therapeutic measure when given by a trained person. Massage is the treatment and practice of manipulation of the soft body tissues with physical, functional like mechanical, medical/therapeutic, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals Massage involves acting and manipulating the patient's body with pressure, tension, motion, or vibration done manually or with mechanical aids.

DIET THERAPY
In naturopathy, diet is the internal medicine. A naturopath plans the diet of a patient keeping in view of his age, disease and nutritive habits and necessities keeping in view, at the same time, the 3 phases of the treatments viz eliminative,soothening and constructive. The diet is also planned to relieve symptomatic acute conditions which sometime may arise in the form of healing crises during the treatment period. Specific diets are also prescribed in specific conditions keeping in view of the calorie and nutritional balances in the mind. Diet therapy promotes a balanced selection of foods vital for good health. By combining foods appropriate for each individual and drinking the proper amount of water, one can help maintain the best possible health. Eating the proper diet is critical for the health of individuals, special medical and dietary needs,

Fasting Therapy:
In Naturopathy, fasting therapy is considered as an important part, as it provides a chance for the cell level purification. It diverts the conserved energy towards the elimination process. Many diseases are cured by keeping the patient on liquid fasting, and Fruit fasting. Fasting therapy involves the consumption of the juice of raw fruit or vegetables. A person may drink juice preventively to stay healthy, to treat a medical condition like disease low immunity or to produce a certain outcome, such as strengthening the immune system

Physiotherapy:
In Physiotherapy, health problems like Paralysis, back pain, Knee joint pains, are treated by undertaking exercises to specific group of muscles and strengthening them.. All the mechanical injuries are treated in physiotherapy with out using any drugs. Physiotherapy is a concerned with prevention and management of movement disorders arising from conditions and diseases occurring throughout the lifespan..

Acupressure & Reflexology:
Through drugless system by stimulating the acupressure points present in palms & soles, we can increase the blood circulation, as well as we can improve the nervous system functions in the body. Reflexology or zone therapy is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating needles into points on the body with the aim of relieving pain and for therapeutic purposes.

Chromo therapy:
In chromo therapy different colours are used to treat different diseases .Colour charged water, oils are used for this purpose.

Magnetotherapy:
Different magnets like Low power, Medium power, High power magnets are used to heal the diseases. Magnetic charged water as well as oils also used for treatment purpose.

Yoga Therapy;
